Customers have up to 3 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the return or exchange request, our customer care team will review the request and respond within 1 business days with further instructions.
If the return or exchange is approved, We will generate the pick up request and pick the product from delivered address.
In rare cases if pickup is not possible, Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
If you requested an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.
